You can now send your customers a unique 8 character voucher code to their phone. The system generates an individual voucher for each customer, which is unique to them. They can redeem this voucher through the system and once redeemed, it cannot be used again or used by anybody else. You can send them multiple vouchers and you can set a date/time limit on expiration of each one. They can be redeemed at a central point or at cash points. A separate voucher redemption program at the redemption point to redeem vouchers guarantees that your customer database cannot be compromised. The system generates a daily voucher redemption report that can be used for your cash reconciliation with your Till/EPOS system. The system also generates a report to inform you when the voucher expires of who did/did not take up your offer
